The GAMA NAGUMA program helps uplifting the standards of village roads, matternity services, water projects, electricity and pre school education facilities. Through this program the gap is bridged between the village and the city.

We were self sufficient in food centuries ago. We were known all over the world for that. Bringing back that ancient glory we are self sufficient in food again. Today we can meet all our rice , maze and other requirements.

We remember how bad the conditions of the roads those days. Today those tiny roads have got widened . They are now carpeted. We can travel fast and conveniently without wasting hours on the roads.

My life was brightening by the peasant fragrance of the wind that came through the kurakkan (finger millet) field. Therefore, the beauty of nature, affection and loveliness of the village aided me to make the dream of ‘Gama Naguma’ a reality. I will resettle the village that was deteriorating in front of our eyes for last many years.
